I just wanted to take a moment and thank you for using my company to help with the BIO 2009 Convention in Atlanta this year. It was truly a pleasure to work with your very professional staff. This shuttle was the most efficient and well-run shuttle I’ve worked on in years.

Thank you so much for the herculean effort in getting NAVTEQ shuttle service and staff for Tuesday night. I know how hard that was to do an we appreciate the care and concern for our predicament that you took to make it work.

I was not quite sure how to direct this message but figure you guys can send it in the right direction. Having just returned from RSNA, I wanted to share an experience. I think the bus transportation service is to a great degree taken for granted by RSNA attendees, and in fact there often are complaints. This past week with the cold weather I am sure no exception. My experience was this. Monday evening taking the bus back to hotel I put my laptop bag in the overhead bin to leave leg room free. I got into conversation with a friend and got off the bug without my bag, realized within minutes. Although several friends said “you’ll never see that again,” not true! As soon as I realized my mistake I called the number listed in the pocket guide, 312 808 2007, I believe it was a Jeff I talked to at first (may have the name wrong). I explained my mistake, said I had just gotten off the number 2 line bus and where, he said he would put it out on the wire, to call him back. I did so. Despite this being at about the peak of evening rush, he was extremely pleasant and did in fact get right on it. I soon got a call back directly from a bus driver that the bag was found. I then called back to make a plan of retrieval. At that point I talked to Janet (a dispatcher, this was about 7p.m.). I figured I would be told to go to some lost and found place. To my surprise she asked me to confirm I was coming in the morning on the route 2 bus and what time, that she would meet the bus with my bag. And in the morning there she was with it and a smile (this was 7 the next morning).
We talk a lot about quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction- great example right in front of us. Please make sure to commend the transportation service people.

Please accept our warmest thanks and appreciation for the outstanding contributions the RPMs team made to a successful shuttle bus operation for the RSNA 2009 Annual Meeting. The smooth and efficient arrangements across the board were an important factor in ensuring the success of the meeting. You, Pam, Kevin, Mark and the rest of your team have so much energy and passion for your business. It is infectious!
If there is one thing I have learned… it’s that importance of quality vendors and the relationships you build with those vendors. These relationships are built over many years, through many experiences and are based on loyalty. The loyalty that RPMs has shown towards RSNA and all the people here is unparalleled. We look forward to 2010!

On behalf of the entire CES staff, we would like to thank and congratulate you, Pam and Jeff on a successful 2010 CES! RPMs is flourishing and we’re happy to have you as a partner.
We recognize the enormous amount of effort and hours that you put into CES, both pre-show and onsite. Thanks for always being there to answer our e-mails and calls, no matter what time of day. Everyone on your team at the LVCC, Venetian and behind scenes was wonderful, especially Christine Sayers. You all did a fabulous job, working hard to ensure that our attendees, exhibitors, members of the press and CEA staff were happy!
