How we Ride

RPMs, Inc. adheres to the theory of “continuous planning” as opposed to “advance planning.” This means that we maintain communication with all of the event committees to ensure that possible “road blocks” such as road closures, parades, festivals or any city events are taken into account in the early planning stages. We know that these situations also arise during an event and require flexibility and “on your feet” thinking. 

RPMs, Inc. has a shuttle-wide communications system that allows us to make changes as needed throughout each day. Each member of our staff is thoroughly familiar with the convention site and the surrounding city including traffic patterns, bus staging areas and passenger loading gates. Our team is available and able to communicate any adjustments to attendees as needed. On-site, we work closely with convention center personnel and security and city police if necessary to ensure safe, secure and accessible routes and bus areas for all attendees.
